Yes. The free plan is not a trial and needs no card. It includes unlimited social accounts and unlimited posts in one workspace, 1 GB of media storage, analytics, CSV upload, a social inbox and comment replies on the networks that support them, and MCP access for your AI agents. You pay only if you want more workspaces, team invites or more storage (Pro, $10 a month), or if you post to X. ### Why isn't posting to X free? X charges every app for each post made through its API, and more for posts that contain a link. Instead of hiding that cost in a higher price for everyone, you either buy X credits in SolMarrow or connect your own X developer key and pay X directly. ### What does unlimited mean? There is no cap on how many accounts you connect or posts you schedule. Unlimited is subject to fair use: normal use by a person, brand or agency is fine; spam, bulk automation that harms other users, or attempts to overload the service are not. The Acceptable use and fair use policy has the details. ### Which networks can I post to? Today: X, LinkedIn profiles, Bluesky, Telegram, Discord, YouTube, Pinterest, Mastodon, Slack, Tumblr, WordPress, DEV, Ghost and Dribbble. Facebook Pages, Instagram and Threads are rolling out while Meta reviews our app, and TikTok and LinkedIn Pages open as each platform approves it. Every network is connected through its official API. ### What is MCP, and how do AI agents use SolMarrow? MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants use tools. SolMarrow runs an MCP server, so an assistant such as Claude, or any other MCP client, can list your accounts, draft and schedule posts, upload media and read analytics after you sign in and approve access. ### Do you ask for my social media passwords? No. Most networks connect through their own sign-in page (OAuth). Telegram channels connect by adding the SolMarrow bot as an admin, and Discord channels through Discord's official app setup. SolMarrow never sees your passwords, and you can disconnect an account at any time from SolMarrow or from the network's settings. ### What counts toward my storage? Images and videos you upload to your media library. Text, drafts and analytics do not count. Your storage meter shows exactly how much you use, and you can delete files at any time to free space. ### Can I cancel Pro at any time? Yes. Cancel from your billing settings and Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. Payments are handled by Creem, our merchant of record. ### How do I connect a social account? Open Accounts, choose the network and sign in on the network's own page to approve SolMarrow. Telegram and Discord channels connect by adding the SolMarrow bot to the channel; Mastodon, Bluesky, WordPress, Ghost and DEV ask for your server address or an app password or key, and each one shows the steps on screen. ### What happens if a post fails? SolMarrow tries again automatically, twice (after 1 and then 5 minutes). If it still fails, it is marked Failed in your calendar with the network's reason, and we email you once with a link to fix it and post again. If a network disconnects your account, we email you to reconnect it (posts to that account can't go out until you do). ### How fast do you answer support? Write to support@solmarrow.com. We answer every message within 1 business day (Monday to Friday), usually much sooner. An outage or a payment problem goes to the front of the queue.
